Organised by 'Organisation for Science Innovations and Research' in association with 'Materials Research Society of India (Delhi Chapter)', this national conference has its theme as 'Materials for Rural Applications'. The objective of this national conference is to bring physicists, chemists, material scientists, life scientists, academicians, innovators and renowned speakers on a common platform to discuss and present cutting edge interdisciplinary research and innovations for rural applications. Special attention shall be paid to advanced nano and bio materials with applications for energy, healthcare, environment and agriculture. The scientific program paves a way to gather visionaries through the popular lectures, keynote lectures, research talks and presentations to put forward thought provoking strategies for ‘building scientific framework’ and ‘uplifting people’s life’ in rural areas.

Abstract Submission and Registration

Unpublished original works are invited in the form of oral and poster presentations.  All participants are requested to submit the 1 page abstract (in prescribed format) during registration. Detail of registration fee payment with abstract file should also be sent to  itriconference@gmail.com

Abstract format:

Abstract should be a single A4 page size doc or docx file using Times New roman fonts. The title should be in bold with font size of 14 followed by authors name (s) in the next line, and affiliation in the subsequent line (s) with central alignment. This should follow the Email ID of the presenting author. The name of presenting author should be underlined. Text of abstract (maximum 300 words) should be in font size 11. 


Selected high quality works will be invited for detailed paper to be published in recognized journal/s after Peer-Review Process.

Travel Plans

It is ~1 km from Bah bus stand (at UP State Highway 62) and 1.5 km from Bah train station. It is reachable from major railheads Agra (westside) and Etawah (eastside) by 1 h car drive or 1.5 hr public transport. From New Delhi, apart round the clock train services (from H. Nizamuddin and New Delhi station to Agra) and bus services (direct services to Bah from Saray Kale Khan ISBT and Noida City Centre ISBT) it is also reachable by 4 h car drive (via Yamuna Expressway-Agra Lucknow Expressway).

Accommodation

There are multiple options i.e. guest houses, hotels and resorts for nearby accommodation. On prior request (before 15 October 2018), these can be reserved at reduced prices by Organizing team. Student participants may also request for free working accommodation at school venue. 

Weather at Bah

During the conference days, most pleasant weather is expected at Bah with minimum temperature: 15 degree C and maximum 31 degree C.

Local transport

There are plenty of options (train, buses and taxis) for the local transport. On prior request, Organising committee may arrange pick up and drop-off at major rail heads i.e. Agra/Etawah.
